The types and techniques of massage that we utilized follow the traditional Thai massage techniques as taught by The Wat Po Traditional Medical School and includes the following:

General Thai Massage is the overall manual manipulation and stretching of the body to help relieve muscular fatigue and pain, reduce tension and headaches, regain mobility in muscles and joints, promote relaxation, and improve immunity.

Oil Massage and Aromatherapy uses fragrances and herbs in traditional health care combined with Thai massage techniques to manipulate the surface muscles for total relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage relieves tension in the muscle and the connective tissue focusing deep pressure on and stretching of the muscles located below the surface, and is often recommended for individuals who experience continual pain or are involved in heavy physical activity such as athletes and people with sustained physical injury.

Sports Massage mainly promotes increased blood and lymphatic flow, reduces pain, and increases range of motion.

Foot Spa combines Chinese reflexology with the relaxing Wat Po techniques to balance the four elements of the body (earth, water, wind, and fire) and improve the functions of the internal organs.
